"Pretty smooth, but payout was slow"
I sold my couch through them and overall it was fine. The pickup part went okay, no real issues there, and the couch was gone when it was supposed to be. I do wish the payout came faster though. Like, once it was delivered, I expected things to move a bit quicker. Not a bad experience at all, just something they could definitely improve for sellers

The experience was okay overall, but the timing was a bit confusing. I feel like it’s only fair to customers to be clear about when things are supposed to happen, because people plan their day around that. A little more upfront communication would have made a big difference

"Refund Took Longer Than It Should’ve"
Buying was totally fine, no issues there. The refund process though… kind of annoying lol. I had to follow up a couple times, and it felt like no one really knew what was going on. I did get my money back in the end, but it took longer than I expected and was just frustrating.

"Looked better online, and the reminders were annoying"
The chair definitely looked nicer in the photos. When it showed up, the fabric had more wear than I expected and one of the legs felt a little loose. It’s still usable, but for what I paid, I was expecting it to be in better shape. Also, the constant reminders to review or follow up felt aggressive, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. Not a great first order for me.

"Canceling Was More Frustrating Than It Needed to Be"
I used aptdeco and ended up needing to cancel my order, the process was way more annoying than I expected. Support did eventually get back to me, but it took some time, and the cancellation rules weren’t explained very clearly. Because of that, I still got hit with fees I wasn’t really expecting, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the lack of clear communication definitely left a bad impression

Not gonna lie, my payment got stuck and it was frustrating. Support did eventually help, but they were kinda slow to respond, so the whole thing took longer than I expected.

The site worked fine overall, and I didn’t run into any actual problems. I’ve used similar sites before where the seller info and payment steps were a bit clearer, so I guess I was expecting the same here. Nothing bad happened, but I did feel a little unsure at times and would’ve appreciated more updates along the way.

I had a frustrating time using the site. It was confusing to navigate, the filters didn’t seem to work right, and checkout kept hanging on me. I reached out for help, but the replies felt like the usual canned apologies instead of actually addressing the problem. Not a great experience overall.

I found a really nice table for a fair price, which felt like a small win since I’d been trying not to overspend. The shipping cost was a bit higher than I expected, but it still came out cheaper than buying something brand new. Delivery went smoothly too, so I’d probably use it again

AptDeco was simple enough to use, and I didn’t have any major issues with the process itself. But the service fees really added up. By the time everything was included, what seemed like a decent deal didn’t feel like much of a deal anymore. I understand they need to make money and cover costs, but there should be a reasonable balance so customers don’t feel taken advantage of. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the fees were more reasonable.

I ordered a used dresser from AptDeco and overall it went smoothly. The tracking was easy to keep up with most of the time, and I liked getting updates when the pickup was finished and when it was on the way. The only annoying part was that the delivery window changed kind of late, so I had to rush around and move some plans. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it did make the day feel a bit hectic. The dresser showed up in good shape though, and the tracking definitely helped me know what was going on. I’d use them again.

"Scratched dresser, surprisingly decent support"
My dresser arrived with a obvious scratch on one side, which wasn’t exactly the grand reveal I was hoping for. I sent AptDeco a few photos and was fully expecting the usual slow, annoying back-and-forth, but to their credit, they actually got back to me fast. The support person was nice, clear, and didn’t make it feel like I was asking for the moon over a scratched piece of furniture. i was a little surprised by how painless they made it. Still happy with the order overall and I’d probably use them again.

"Good overall, but scheduling was a bit messy"
aptdeco was fine overall, honestly. The item showed up in good condition and everything worked out in the end, but the delivery timing was kind of a hassle. The window changed, so I had to shuffle my plans around, which was just... not ideal. Not a huge deal, I guess, but it made the whole thing feel more stressful than it probably needed to be.

"Really smooth delivery experience"
I was a little nervous about buying a couch online, you know, mainly because I wasn’t sure how the delivery would go. But aptdeco made the whole thing easy. They kept me updated, the drivers showed up within the time window they gave me, and they were careful bringing the couch inside. No weird delays, no having to chase anyone down... which I really appreciated. I’d definitely use them again.
